By using our website or booking services with NJ Clowns, you agree to the following terms.

NJ Clowns provides children’s entertainment and event rental services. All services are subject to availability, staffing, and event conditions.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Full payment is required prior to your event as outlined in your booking agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment, proper space, and necessary access (including electricity where required). Adult supervision of children is required at all times.

Participation in activities is at your own risk. NJ Clowns is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

NJ Clowns may use photos or videos from events for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

Services may be adjusted based on event conditions, including space, number of participants, or venue restrictions.

Additional terms, including cancellation, rescheduling, weather, and operational policies, will be outlined in your booking agreement and invoice.

NJ Clowns reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
